Message from the Principal

My name is Ms. Yang and I am very excited to lead the team here at Frontier Elementary and Westside Preparatory Charter School - Frontier Campus. I began working in the district as a receptionist in 2006, then went on to teach middle school Math, Science and Engineering for several years. Prior to coming to Frontier, I was the Vice Principal at Ridgepoint School, just a little over a mile away.

My passion for education stems from my desire to enable students to reach their full potential. I was given the opportunity to fully embrace my potential through education and in doing so, it opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities. It is my vision to see that every child has the same opportunity and resources to challenge themselves to achieve beyond measure.

We have a wonderful learning community here at Frontier. I feel fortunate to see my vision live, here at Frontier. I look forward to working with you to ensure all students feel welcome, connected, and part of our Frontier family.
